Join us for a Reiki Circle!
Reiki circles are an opportunity to practice your Reiki skills, or receive the benefits of Reiki energy in a relaxed community environment. A few massage tables will be set up, and we will rotate working with people, allowing the reiki Energy to flow through as needed. Each class begins with a brief explanation of reiki, a meditation, and then ample opportunity to practice.
· Please wear loose and comfortable clothing,
· bring water,
· and be prepared to experience Reiki.
Facilitating group energy is one of my joys in life, and I am so excited to share this. The class is 2 hours long, and you may stay as long or as little as you are able. It is my passion and purpose to assist others in creating and reaching their healthy goals. These goals can be behavioral, emotional, mental, or spiritual, and we can create incredible results. I have been certified in Kundalini Yoga and Massage Therapy for over 20 years, and I often use my experience in how the body holds emotions to assist in hypnosis. I was attuned to the Usui Reiki (Master Teacher Level) in 2016 and often use Reiki energy to facilitate emotional release, with the client's permission. I love pulling all of this together with Hypnotherapy. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist with both ACHE and was trained at CASOH. It is my privilege to assist people in creating a more meaningful, peaceful, and authentic state of being. I am a mom of three young adults, love animals, and have also been a Montessori teacher for over 20 years.
