Palo Santo: Cleanse, Uplift, Calm
Palo Santo, or "Holy Wood" is a mystical tree related to Frankincense and Myrrh that grows on the coast of South America. Palo Santo is used to uplift or cleanse a space, reduce stress, promote feelings of peace, or clear unpleasant smells. It is great for the sinus and respiratory system and helps with asthma, allergies and cold symptoms.
