Well first the Rose pendant was separated from the hook that attaches to the chain, so I replaced it for free. Then the necklace turned dark/or black.

The heart pendant was fine but the part that attaches it to the necklace unglued and detached itself. I have pictures and I piled like to speaker to customer service so that I can get a replacement because I love this heart and necklace.
