About this experience

End-of-life paperwork is often avoided, rushed, or treated as purely bureaucratic. This class reframes these documents as acts of care, protection, and love.

In this 2–3 hour guided workshop, participants are gently led through the essential practicalities of dying, with a special focus on creating or revisiting an Advance Care Directive. Through clear teaching, values-based reflection, and ritual framing, we approach paperwork not as something to fear, but as a way to speak for ourselves when we may no longer be able to.

This offering is for anyone who wants to bring intention, clarity, and dignity to their future care — and to ensure that what matters most is honored, in life and in dying.

My work is shaped by more than ten years of hospice service and over twenty years of guiding others through seasons of change, creativity, and remembrance. As a Certified Death Doula, Certified Art Therapy Practitioner, and Reiki and energy work enthusiast, I hold space at life’s thresholds using art-making, ritual, and gentle inquiry as tools for meaning and transformation.

These offerings invite participants into a sacred relationship with their own mortality, using creativity and the unseen threads that give shape to a life well-lived. It is my core belief that preparing for our own death is one of the ways that we can live our lives more fully.
