About this experience

Have you had an aura reading at Rock Mama and are curious to delve deeper into the areas needing attention within your chakras in your reading? Bring your reading with you to class if so! It is not necessary but is a perfect complement to joining this class.

Discover what chakras, or energy centers for transformation, are and how they can assist you in your life and along your awakening process.

Build a beautiful group chakra altar.

Learn the basic themes, elements and associations for each of the chakras.

Delight the senses as we journey through the main sense organs for each chakra.

Participate in a group Reiki energy healing and meditative journey in to all 7 main chakras.

Make a bracelet symbolizing the 7 chakras that will be blessed with Reiki energy to continue working with your chakra energy after the class.

Learn activities and exercises to explore and balance your chakras.

*** It should be noted that the chakra systems in India and Tibet do not follow the same rainbow color associations that we ascribe to them in modern new age practice. This class is a modern western interpretation rather than a classical one, although some classical elements may be included.

This class is appropriate for beginners and more advanced students alike.

No experience necessary.

What to bring? Bring an item or 2 to place on the altar for class if you so desire. It could be a crystal, an item of a certain color, something to symbolize what you are wanting to heal, flowers, herbs, etc.

The cost includes the materials for making a chakra bracelet.
