This activation invites you to tap out of the matrix, connect with your higher self and embrace your soul's mission. During this experience, students will take part in a cacao ceremony that includes a cup of (ceremonial grade) cacao, breathwork, movement, a shamanic journey and energy work.

It is recommended that students bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, journal, something to write with, and any spiritual supplies they would like to bring for themselves or to put on the altar during the ceremony.

Rock Mama has mugs for us to use but if you prefer your own, students are welcome to bring them.
