Have you had an aura reading at Rock Mama and are curious to delve deeper into the chakras that were identified as needing attention? 

Join us in this immersive journey into the 4th chakra of the chakra energy system. The heart chakra, or Anahata in Sanskrit, is the bridge between the upper and lower chakras.

• Enliven your senses and build a group altar.
• Deepen your understanding of the heart chakra and learn its themes and associations.
• Learn about its element of air, self-compassion exercises & ways to connect with your heart.
• Group Reiki energy healing and meditative heart journey.
• Learn the imagery of the heart chakra and paint a healing mandala stone to use in your healing.
• ·    Prepare a sacred or altar item to take with you.

***If you participate in all 7 of the deep dive chakra series classes you will create a full chakra mandala set.

*** It should be noted that the chakra systems in India and Tibet do not follow the same rainbow color associations that we ascribe to them in modern new age practice. This class is a modern western interpretation rather than a classical one, although some classical elements may be included.

This class is appropriate for beginners and more advanced students alike. It is suggested to take the Intro to Chakras class first but is not required.

What to bring? Bring an item or 2 to place on the altar for class if you desire. It could be a green or pink item, a candle, ancestral item, symbolize your healing, etc. Wear green or pink if you feel called.
