Our Grief Drumming Meditation combines the vibrational energy of the drum with the subtle energy of reiki. This is a very healing drum meditation that allows you to journey to complete unfinished business/unresolved issues with someone who has passed or someone still alive. At times we hold grief for things left unsaid, whether that be with a loved one that has passed, one that is living but that we have moved apart from, or even parts of ourselves that we grieve. In this drumming meditation, you will be guided on a journey to reconnect and speak to the person with whom you have unfinished business. Tell them your side of this. Feel as if you have said all you need to say and listen to their response.
