Join us in this immersive journey into the seventh chakra, or Sahasrara in Sanskrit. The 1,000 petaled lotus at the top of your 7-chakra system. Learn about its connection to pure consciousness and unity. Learn spiritual practices to enhance your crown and unify your energy fields.

***If you participate in all 7 of the deep dive chakra series classes you will create a full chakra mandala set.

*** It should be noted that the chakra systems in India and Tibet do not follow the same rainbow color associations that we ascribe to them in modern new age practice. This class is a modern western interpretation rather than a classical one, although some classical elements may be included.

This class is appropriate for beginners and more advanced students alike. It is suggested to take the Intro to Chakras class first but is not required.

What to bring? Bring an item or 2 to place on the crown chakra altar for class if you desire. It could represent the crown chakra, a candle, an ancestral item, something to symbolize what you are wanting to heal, flowers, herbs, etc.
